Webbed Feet, Lost Boob, Human Pretzel..Sweetness

........and that was all on one episode of Bachelor. What the heck - these girls are crazy. There is always the drunk girl and a future call to 911. Every season I say I probably wont watch the next Bachelor and then I get sucked in. The Bachelor does have a hotness factor - and an identical twin - Austin is one lucky city. I can't wait to see which girls turn out to be crazy - do they really want their future husband to choose them because they took off their shirt on the first date - come on. oh yeah - remind me to never roll my eyes - it is so ugly.

Now that Kellen is almost 4 weeks old - I am feeling pretty tired - the lack of sleep is catching up with me. Otherwise I feel pretty good - I feel ready to work out but am a little nervous about it because of the c-section - I know I should take more time to recover. It was depressing to come home from the hospital weighing 5 pounds more than I did going in. Finally after 2 weeks the water I was retaining went away. They say you burn 500 calories a day by breastfeeding but I seem to keep the weight on until the baby is weaned. We will see how long I last - my goal is 4 months.

great to hear from you Celesta!
I know...I get sucked in every season too! It's ridiculous!

I hear ya on the loosing weight while nursing, it never happens for me either, why I nurse for one year?????

So here is my advice, don't exercise until at least 6 weeks. Especially with a C-section maybe 8. Joy said that Kellen is so handsome!
Sorry about the lack of sleep, that's the worst!

Webbed feet, lost boob, human pretzel--I have 3 grown girls, sounds like a regular Friday night around here!!! I thought the bachelor was hot tho! and there's another that looks just like him, holy cow!
Sorry about the lack of sleep--that is a drag--i remember asking my mom what time it was, after being up for what seemed like weeks w/ Derek-she said 3:00, and I honestly did not know if it was 3:00am or pm? You really should wait the 8 wks, c-sections are harder on your body than you think.
Send more pics of the kids!!!
